Restored Bootcamp | Workout

Join us on Saturdays at 8 AM, for Restored Bootcamp | Workouts! Everyone is welcome at this family-friendly, 45 minute bootcamp that includes a warm-up/cool-down with about 30 minutes of work time. Our very own, Shae Harwood (Certified Personal Trainer), will be leading these weekly classes! It is encouraged to bring dumbbells and yoga mats if you have them (water will be provided). This will be outdoors in the lower parking lot of the church, so come prepared with whatever you may need. These are FREE classes but donations to Shae are certainly welcomed.
