Many people are afraid of many things in life but God does not want us live in fear but rather in love, sound mind and self-control. Fear is not from God, apart from it’s ability to torment, it limits us from doing His will and living our lives in fullness according His plans and purposes. The fear of God, which is our utmost respect and honor to Him through the power of the Holy Spirit helps us to obey Him and live as witnesses especially to those who are yet to make the commitment to follow Him.
